Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal



You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you – who is not the carrier – took possession of the last item.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us ( Polariou GbR ) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email).
You can use the attached sample cancellation form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred if you choose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received your notification of cancellation.

For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund your money until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the deadline expires.

You bear the direct costs of the return shipment.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling that was not necessary for testing the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
